During the holiday season, we love serving hot fruit recipes and shifting to winter-fruit ingredients like apples and cranberries. This recipe is one of our favorites. Eat it as a fruit dish at breakfast, or top it with some ice cream for a wonderful dessert!
Ingredients:
6 medium apples (peeled and sliced)
1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Combine first 4 ingredients and pour into 13x9 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over apple mixture. Press with spoon to smooth and bake for 30-40 minutes at 375
