Located in a converted 1777 barn in Ephrata, PA, the Old Republic Distillery Tavern is a crazy-cute bar offering creative cocktails and delicious food. ORD has both indoor and outdoor seating and depending on the day of the week, they line up entertainment including Trivia and Live Music. The tasting room offers drinks made with their own distilled vodkas, rums, whiskeys and moonshines. Samples can be tasted and ORD bottles, each bearing a story of PA history, can be purchased. PA beer and wines are available to drink on site.
Stoll & Wolfe Distillery, located in the super-popular small town of Lititz, produces whiskey using the recipe and methods passed down by the legendary PA Master Distiller, Dick Stoll. Their award winning Rye and Bourbons celebrate 250 years of distilling history. Located just a block off of Main Street, Stoll & Wolfe has both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a food menu that includes delicious "snacks", so this isn't the place to go for lunch or dinner, but it's definitely the place to go for an amazing drink!
Thistle Finch is a small-batch distillery featuring a warm, brick-walled tasting room & providing weekly tours. Not only does Thistle Finch have wonderful house-made Ryes, Vodkas and Gins, but they make their own infusions as well, leading to some incredibly inventive cocktails! Whether you are looking to learn about the history and process of distilling, searching for a cozy spot to hang out downtown, taking a tour, or you just want to relax with a drink and some quiet conversation—they’ve got what you’re looking for.
