A Delicious Menu

Norma is often referred to as the “Dough-Li Lama”. Her pizza-making skills are scientific and precise. From moisture level to timing to rising, she knows it all! When it comes to the sauce, there’s only one way to do it: uncooked and in a swirl. She makes New York-style, Detroit style, and Chicago-style pies with a crust like no one else’s. She also makes a homemade sauce with garlic, basil, and oregano, and uses freshly-cut meats from Roots Market for toppings.

Norma’s Pizza Roots Country Market is recognized locally and nationally! Norma won the 2016 USA Caputo Cup New York Style Pizza trophy. This highly-praised competition gathers expert pizza chefs from all over the globe. It’s held in Italy by a Naples-based company called Antico Molino Caputo. Of the hundreds of participants, Norma got first place!
